Please complete the forms above and either email or fax to us. Once we receive the 3 completed forms back, we will process your request and if everything looks good, we will then email you a pre-approval letter indicating that you do qualify and the amount you qualify for.

Once we get your pre-approval letter out to you, the next step is to submit your request into underwriting. There are specific documents that must be provided to complete your loan request. These documents are as follows:

1. Copy of driver license
2. Last three year personal tax returns
3. Last three year business tax returns (self employed borrowers)
4. Last three months personal bank statements
5. Last three months business bank statements (self employed borrowers)

8. Copy of escrow check on purchase contract
